Education: Higher education. Graduated from Gulistan State University in 2015.
Academic degree: PhD (Doctor of Philosophy).

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
2011–2015 — Student at Gulistan State University.
2014–2015 — Deputy Chairman of the Gulistan City Council of the Syrdarya Regional Council of the People’s Democratic Party of Uzbekistan.
2016 — Human Resources Specialist at the Syrdarya Regional “Barkamol Avlod” Children’s Center.
2016–2019 — Founder of the “IDEAL STUDY” Educational Center.
Since September 10, 2019 — Founder and Director of “IDEAL STUDY” Private School and Educational Center.
ACHIEVEMENTS AND AWARDS:
2014 — Absolute winner of the regional stage of the “Yuksak Ma’naviyatli Avlod” Festival and participant of the national stage.

Shoislom Baratov has undertaken professional and academic trips to Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland, Poland, the Netherlands, China, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Egypt, Georgia, Vietnam, Azerbaijan, and Türkiye.
He is a prize-winner of several international and national academic Olympiads.
He is the author of more than 30 popular-science publications and educational manuals in the field of education. In addition, around 10 scientific articles have been published in international and national academic journals.
