Privacy Policy

1Information we collect

• Phone number — used to sign in and verify your identity via an SMS code.
• Name — entered by the parent, shown in the app.
• Your child's school records — name, class, schedule, grades, attendance, payment status, and school announcements. This data comes from the school's system; the App only displays it.
• Device information — device name/model and a push-notification token, used to tell devices apart and deliver notifications.
• Language preference and the selected child — stored only on your device.

We do not collect the following:

• to identify you and sign you in securely;
• to display your child's academic records;
• to deliver school announcements and important notifications.

3Third parties

• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — delivers push notifications (your device token passes through Google's servers).
• SMS provider — your phone number is shared to deliver the verification code.

We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

4Security

All communication between the app and our server is encrypted over HTTPS. Your login token is stored in your device's secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore).

5Data retention

Data is retained for as long as the school relationship is active. When you log out, the login token and push-notification token are removed from your device.

6Your rights and data deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. To make a request, contact us at the address below or reach out to your school's administration. Requests are handled within 7 business days.

7Children

The App is intended for parents and legal guardians, not for use by children under 13. A child's data is shown only to their own parent or guardian.

8Changes

If this policy changes, the update will be posted on this page with a new date.
